PRICE LIST SUMMER

All prices are expressed in Euro.

The weekly rate is to be understood for a stay of 7 nights from Saturday to Saturday or from Sunday to Sunday.

General Conditions applied:

Check-in from 4 p.m. to 6 p.m. (late check-in on request).
Check-out within 10.00 am.
Included in the price are the following services: kitchen use, cleaning at'arrival and ordinary cleaning on departure to the exclusion of'kitchenette (a load of the customer and the lack of which will result in a charge of € 30,00), cleaning the common parts, full provision of bed linen, bathroom and kitchen, internet wi-fi, consumption of electricity, water, tv and heating.
Optional are the following services: Midweek cleaning of'accommodation (€ 40,00 per apartment), additional change of bed linen and towels (€ 10,00 per person), small pets (€ 20,00 for final cleaning additional), cradle (€ 5,00 per day), carport (€ 5,00 per day), use safe (€ 2,00 per day).
Deposit of € 250,00 to be paid at'arrival and pick up at the departure after checking'apartment.
Discount of 20% On the 2 th consecutive week.
Possibility of monthly rent price to be agreed.
Convention with the restaurant for breakfast and half board.

Reservations and payment

The booking will be considered valid only after the payment of a deposit of 30% to be paid through bank transfer. The balance must be paid at the time of delivery of the keys. We accept credit cards and checks.

Facilities

The staff will be at your disposal to organise and book at preferential prices dinners at altitude, skipass and various activities (tennis, golf, horse riding, ski lessons etc.).
